1. Download Windows 10 driver and Alfa WiFi Scanner from this Link
For example here save the unzip Windows 10 driver and Alfa WiFi Scanner at Desktop
2. Open the Alfa USB.Win10 folder and click “Setup”
4. Follow the Setup procedure
5. After finish the setup, click “AlfaWiFiScanner” or use Windows 10 internal WiFi connection program to connect your prefer AP

What does one do to get this into monitor mode on Win10? Would be using Wireshark (not that it matters).
