  4. There are plenty factors for the symptom on your side. Is the \”Unavailable\” symptom occurred after firmware upgrade? Can you please use a Ethernet cable to connect to R36 LAN port for machine access? How about the LED status of the R36 on your side? Please kindly send more detail descriptions for further analysis.

There are plenty factors affecting wireless operation/performance, transmission distance, antenna angles, antenna types, antenna direction, settings on the access point, signal-blocking object in-between ….etc. And some of these factors are various from time to time. If the adapter is properly installed and operating properly, try to check the factors one by one to clarify which factor affecting the wireless operation.

  21. I installed the AWUS036ACH on my Mac IOS 10.11 El Capitan and functioned normally.However I have a virtual machine KALI Linux 2.0 installed on this same computer on VMWARE FUSION does not recognize the AWUS036ACH? What to do?

  24. I installed the AWUS036ACH on my MacBook Pro with OS 10.11.4 El Capitan and sometimes the Mac crash with a kernel panic error. Any clue? I downloaded your Mac latest driver from your site on March 2016. Any update to be released and to fix this problem???

  40. My firmware update from v3.1-0810 to openwrt-ar71xx-generic-hornet-ub-squashfs-factory.bin went bad and now i can't access to router any way. Any recomendation? Thanks in advance

  41. Ok, I just found out the solution for my problem. Basically the firmware was correctly installed (apparently) but I had to connect to router through network cable, setup a manual address on my eth0 to 192.168.1.2 and now I can access to it.
